§1 · Crossing the press threshold

These Stamp Accords govern every visit to Kraybazaar and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting. Opening the storefront, creating a ledger folio, or completing checkout stamps acceptance of this statute.

§2 · Who holds the die

KRAYBAZAAR PRIVATE LIMITED trades under Kraybazaar as a proprietary enterprise. Principal place of business: Building No./Flat No. Unit No. 366, Plot No. H-9, Road/Street Netaji Subhash Place, Locality/Sub Locality Pitampura, City/Town/Village New Delhi, District North West Delhi, State Delhi, PIN Code 110034.

§3 · What sits on the ledger shelf

Packets are charted as sowing-grade stock. Macro photographs show typical labelling and seed appearance; colour, germination, and harvest timing may shift with season, climate, and lot.

  • Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size shown on each card.
  • Seasonal lanes may thin during off-peak sowing windows.
  • Declared weights follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing seed.

§4 · Who may open a folio

Checkout requires an email-verified ledger folio. Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or older, or complete the transaction through a parent or legal guardian.

§5 · How settlement is stamped

  • An order stands once prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
  • Accepted methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and COD where serviceable.
  • Any COD surcharge is displayed before confirmation.

§6 · Living stock notice

Sowing seeds are living material, not perishable fresh produce. Viability depends on storage, sowing method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier foil but do not guarantee identical germination for every garden or variety.

§7 · Law of the press

These accords follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts near our registered Mumbai address.
