Moisture-safe redress for eligible lots

Returns or exchanges may be reviewed for eligible seed orders where the wrong packet is delivered, shipment is lost, or stock arrives damaged.

§1 · When the press will remedy

We review returns or exchanges where the wrong packet is delivered, a shipment is lost, or stock arrives damaged in transit.

§2 · How to raise a stamp

• Photograph the packet and outer carton within 24 hours of delivery.
• File a note from order status or the contact registry desk.
• Keep the original moisture-barrier pouch until the claim is closed.

§3 · Living stock limits

Germination outcomes vary with garden conditions. We do not refund solely because a plot germinated unevenly when packing and labelling were correct.

§4 · How redress is paid

Approved claims are replaced in kind or refunded to the original prepaid method. COD refunds follow bank transfer after verification.
